Sandlot Shots LLC collects the information necessary to fulfill your order and deliver your gallery: name, email address, and payment details. Payment is processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store your card information.

We use your email to send gallery access links, order confirmations, and download links. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sandlot Shots photographs sporting events and portrait sessions. We collect contact information from the purchasing parent or guardian, not from minors directly. Photographs of participants are used for gallery delivery and, where separately agreed at booking, promotional or portfolio use.

This site uses analytics (Google Analytics) to understand site traffic; this does not identify individual visitors personally.
